Manualidades / Handcrafts

(Bilingual blog: written first in Spanish and then in English )

Translation:

My friends know how much I value handcrafted gifts. I think they're a wonderful way to invest time creating something  to express how much you love someone. Thus I am trying to keep record of my handcrafts.

Today, I am going to show you all, a little fellow who I created with affection. Her name's Pinga and she was created as a gift to my good friend Lidia, back in November. At that time, I was very poor, and I was unemployed and pennyless. However that didn't discouraged me from figuring out a way to show her my love in the shape of a little figure. I created a penguin, because we both love that animal.
